Brain Layton has fifty (50) years of marketing, management, development, design and construction of residential and commercial real estate experience. He has successfully designed, developed, and constructed numerous residential housing developments including multi-family homes, offices, warehouses, self-storage units, and commercial projects. Brian has been awarded the United States Western Region Developer of the Year award and it still an active member within the community. He is a member of the Spokane Home Builders Association and is active on over seventeen (17) design review, CC & R Board of Directors, communication and homeowner associations.
